She is a skilled Psychotherapist, Coach and Group Facilitator having worked and taught her practical and transformational ideas across Australia and Internationally. Kym`s passion is helping people improve awareness, break patterns and live a happy life pursuing their true purpose, dreams and goals.
Kym holds a Bachelor of Social Work and Masters in Gestalt Therapy and has trained as a life and corporate coach. She has also trained in Narrative Therapy, Transactional Analysis and Neuro Linguistic Programming. Angela has over twenty-seven year’s professional experience as an organisational consultant. She has worked with a range of organisations from large industry, public sector settings and NGOs, to small organisations such as boutique businesses and community groups. Angela brings specialist knowledge of Organisational Development, including Training and Facilitation, Strategic Planning, and Team Building as well as Counselling and Coaching for managers and staff. Her extensive background also includes Recruitment and Selection, Conflict Resolution, Research, Evaluation and Documentation of Procurement and Executive Decision Making.
Angela is passionate about learning and inspires clients beyond the consulting setting to consolidate positive workplace behaviours. She is a registered Psychologist who has high level qualifications and training. Her doctoral thesis was strongly applied and focused on improving face-to-face communication in Australian workplaces. She taught Organisational Behaviour and HRM to Commerce and Management students at tertiary level. Recently she has developed and delivered training sessions on ‘Performance Conversations’, ‘Learning and Development on a Limited Budget’ to managers and ‘Personal Effectiveness’ to new recruits.
Angela has highly developed communication skills and enjoys working with people. She has proven relational and emotional skills and is effective working in challenging situations. Her extensive breadth and depth of technical expertise encompasses micro and macro aspects of organisations, including design, culture and systems as well as people management considerations such as employee motivation and engagement, developing high-performing teams and ethics and transparency in decision making. Throughout her career Angela has established a strong reputation for timely delivery of high-quality work. She is conscientious and brings a solid understanding of business requirements in addressing management considerations.
Graham is a highly skilled Facilitator, Leadership and Business Coach. His style is practical and result oriented, assisting clients and teams to achieve enhanced performance in their area of work or business. Graham brings a broad range of life and work experience to his training and coaching relationships. Following his career as an Electrical Engineer Graham gained a solid background in adult learning and development during eight years as Training Manager for a large national organisation.
Graham has delivered training and coaching services across Australia and internationally. Graham’s intelligence, easy going nature and passion make him an inspiring and effective trainer and coach. Graham has completed a Master Coach Certification and is able to draw on validated behavioural change tools and processes in the provision of coaching services and experiential training programs.
His common sense approach and broad understanding of organisational culture guide his efforts in partnering with our clients for successful learning and growth. Graham utilises solid methodology to improve organisational and business operations through enhanced team performance, implementing accountability for personal and organisational outcomes.
Graham is a Certified Master Coach with the Behavioural Coaching Institute and a Suncorp Accredited Leadership Coach. He holds accreditations with DISC and Insight Inventory. He has a Master of Education (Adult Education and Training); a Bachelor of Engineering (1st Class honours); a Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training; and a Certificate in Community Services. He is currently completing a Master of Business at QUT. Graham is also a Justice of the Peace.
Russell brings a unique perspective to the Kanu Kapers Australia team from his twenty years experience in the Royal Australian Air Force. With his military training as an aircraft technician, his career took him on high tempo exercises all over Australia and around the world working in specialised teams and dealing in some unfamiliar environments. After some time, Russell turned to instructing and found a passion in developing peoples’ skills. Attaining his Diploma of Training and Assessment Systems, and Certificate IV in Training and Assessing, he undertook critical roles in carrying out learning needs analysis, training design and development, and assessment and evaluation methods on several Air Force projects.
Russell then found the art of facilitation and moved into soft skills training. His last few years in the military involved training middle and senior managers in leadership and management skills including self awareness, team and individual development, communication, emotional intelligence, counselling, conflict resolution, coaching, mentoring, change management and interpersonal relationships. He has also been able to tailor these to help deliver to young trainees and Air Force Cadets. As a senior facilitator, Russell also trained and coached others in facilitation skills such as effective presentations, group and individual debriefing, experiential and adventure learning, adult learning principles, human behaviours, NLP, and delivering effective feedback.
Russell has develop a compilation of delivery methods from up front instruction to scenario activities to group debriefs, using cognitive methods, experiential learning and adventure activities including canoeing, low and high ropes, and abseiling. He has his Diploma of Management from the Air Force, an Advanced Diploma in Business from USQ and is studying his Graduate Diploma of Business through UNSW. He has also been trained on applied suicide intervention, OHS, security, fraud and ethics, equity and diversity, and alcohol and drug awareness and prevention making him a valuable and user friendly resource.
Now back on the Sunshine Coast and still practicing the art, Russell loves spending more time with his wife and four children… and also finding the time for a surf and playing his bass guitar in local bands.

Robyn has 20 years experience as a senior manager, trainer and facilitator. She has successfully headed her own company, specialising in Corporate Training, Life and Executive Coaching and Facilitation.
Robyn has delivered a range of leadership courses for a number of high profile organisations such as Lanier Australia and CRS. For a number of years Robyn has been a key trainer for the Australian Institute of Management delivering public courses and corporate programs.
A respected and skilled facilitator, Robyn has regularly delivered leadership training to state and federal government departments such as Queensland Health, Premiers Department, Customs and Commonwealth Rehabilitation Service.
Participants in Robyn’s programs have been so impressed with her work, they have subsequently engaged her as an Executive and Leadership Coach.

"From the small country town of Gunnedah, NSW, Tiffany discovered adventure activities in 1993 in the `big town` of Newcastle University, and has been involved in the adventure industry ever since. She holds a Bachelor of Education (Art), and a Grad Certificate in Outdoor Education (UOW), her Trainer and Assessor and the wealth of over a decade of experience in facilitating groups, from early primary school, to community and corporate groups. Her experience is in high and low ropes, abseiling, canoeing, and wilderness expeditioning. Her loves are God, her family, and climbing and canyoning when she finds time. Tiffany is a mother of two gorgeous pre-schoolers and teaches the Diploma of Outdoor Recreation through Tafe.
Tiffany has coordinated and facilitated team building programs for a variety of corporate groups - her great passion is seeing people make positive life choices through the learnings they make about themselves and others during the programs she has run. These changes have led directly to better work environments, a greater ownership and understanding of roles in the work environment, and increased productivity."
