Testimonials - Kanu Kapers
I did a lot of trips at the east coast, but this was one of my favorites, because it's something special. It's such a nice experience to care for yourself and to enjoy nature. When you are looking for some sport activities or you want to refresh your spirit, I just can advise you to do this experience. I loved it.

I never expected it was going to be such an amazing experience. I've never had to be completely 100% dependent on my own abilities and knowledge of the wilderness. After that long hike to the Sandpatch, it literally took my breathe away. What an amazing view of the Everglades, the ocean and the patch it self!

Myself and my boyfriend chose to book a self guided tour with Kanu Kapers because we wanted to explore the everglades at our own pace and get a full day of kayaking. It was a really fantastic day, we were provided with all the kit we needed as well as really helpful things we weren't expecting such as a cool box for our lunch and thermal tops to keep the chill off. We were given a thorough briefing and map so we could make the most out of our time. Kayaking is definitely a better way to do the everglades than a boat! All the staff were helpful and enthusiastic and were kind enough to drop us at our bus station in the afternoon. Thank you!

Thanks for such a positive contribution you made to our school camp. Our students and teachers thoroughly enjoyed the canoeing which you made lots of fun and very safe. We would not hesitate in using your company again in the future.

The way the Retreat was organised is a credit to Kanu Kapers. The balance of physical activities, personal development, therapeutic components and journaling were extremely powerful for me. The quality of healthy food, the care you expressed for the group all contributed to what was a significant adventure, opportunity for healing and a source of great personal resilience. I cannot thank you enough.

I have just received the pictures from our camp when we went down the Clarence River (as the 2nd group of Churchie boys). Thank you very much for them there are some great shots. Thanks for the experience which you offered us over the week. I managed to learn a huge amount, not only about myself, but about many of the other people on the camp.
The camp was well organised and there was never a time in which I felt as though any of you didn't care. I loved all of your enthusiasm, especially Vivienne, she was passionate and it was evident that she loved what she does. This was a real eye opener for me and I have since realised that I must do what I want to do and follow my dreams. The camp was a great way to end the year on a high. All the best for the future.
