This remarkable truly sustainable adventure in the Noosa Everglades offers a chance to visit secluded locations by sea kayak and truly experience the natural beauty and wildlife in a relaxed quiet setting. You meet Kanu Kapers at the Elanda Point canoe launch area in the National Park on the Sunshine Coast, 25 minutes North of Noosa . Then you are fitted comfortably into your sea kayak  provided with paddling tuition and given navigational information pointing out the ‘must see’ features for your adventure in the Everglades. This is a well supported Noosa Everglades Tour, Kayak Hire or Canoe Hire.

Itinerary: Meet at Elanda Point canoe launching area’s car park. On arrival you are given your equipment for the day, then down to the launch site and we settle you into your sea kayak, showing you the map and teaching you all the basic skills for an enjoyable paddle across Lake Cootharaba to Kinaba. From here, you are free to explore where you want within the Noosa Everglades. Explore up the lesser-paddled waters of Kin Kin Creek or enjoy the company of the mighty Noosa River and weave in and out of the small islands which dot the northern reaches of Fig Tree Lake. Test your paddling stamina and head up to the iconic Harry’s Hut for a swim in the tea coloured waters, or perhaps you plan to use the kayak to get to a wilder bushwalking track within the Cooloola Recreation Area. Your possibilities are endless!
