Tip Number 3-How to paddle forward comfortably using your entire body

At Kanu Kapers Australia Noosa Everglades Kayak Tours we teach all of our clients how to paddle efficiently and comfortably using your whole body. This means you can paddle the Noosa Everglades all day without causing tired muscles or causing strain on your body.

In the attached video or vlog Vivienne Golding our amazing world champion kayaker demonstrates how to hold your paddle and how to move the kayak forward with little effort. When you paddle this way you can happily and efficiently kayak the Noosa Everglades and enjoy the awesome scenery.
