Before you set off on your kayak adventure we show everyone how to do their “wiggle wiggle’ which gets your body connected for great balance and stability in your kayak.

In the attached video or vlog Vivienne Golding our amazing world champion kayaker demonstrates the ‘wiggle wiggle’ balance technique and then connecting your lower and upper body. Now if a wave hits your kayak you will stay upright! This is a technique you can use wherever you are adventuring by kayak.
